# Method:
01 - Slice seedless watermelon and feta cheese into uniform 1-inch cubes.
02 - Thread a cube of watermelon, a mint leaf, and a cube of feta onto each skewer. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
03 - Arrange assembled skewers on a serving platter in a single layer.
04 - Drizzle each skewer with extra virgin olive oil and, if preferred, balsamic glaze. Finish with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
