01 - In a small mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with chopped dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until uniformly smooth.
02 - Pat whole pickles thoroughly dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - Lay a ham slice flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese mixture across the entire surface.
