# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast broccoli for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring once halfway, until edges are crisp and florets tender.
05 - Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss gently to coat.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon zest and parsley if desired, and serve warm.
